Shelton brings nearly three decades of expertise in HR operations, organizational development, and process governance. He holds an MBA in Human Resources, along with diplomas in Business Management, Quality Assurance, ISO & Total Quality Management, and Accounting & Payroll. As a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and ISO Lead Auditor, Shelton has partnered with organizations globally across industries such as Sports, Petrochemical, Project Management, Logistics, IT, Medical, Aviation, and Landscaping. His international experience enables him to deliver practical, structured, and sustainable solutions that strengthen organizational performance and drive growth.
Shelton brings experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on implementing HRIS systems such as SAP and Oracle, translating procedures and processes into system workflows. He’s trained extensively in competency-based recruitment, interviews, HR management, HRIS data analysis, and ISO documentation. Passionate about learning and continuously improving, he stays up to date with market trends to ensure his solutions are practical, structured, and impactful. Known for being goal-driven, focused, and hands-on, Shelton makes sure strategies don’t just stay on paper — they get put into action.
Beyond his work in helping organizations succeed, Shelton is often found pursuing his personal passions. He is currently working toward his pilot’s license, as flying has long been one of his dreams. He is also a writer, having published one book and is currently working on his second. Baking is another of his interests, especially plum cakes, and he takes genuine pleasure in seeing people enjoy them.
